Shared Reading
A variety of board books that can be sung!  Including:

Old MacDonald

Itsy Bitsy Spider

Flannel Board

I created a super simple flannel board story for the babies to go along with Brown Bear, Brown Bear.  I just cut circles out of felt for all of the the different colors in the book.  As I recite the book I put up the corresponding colored circle.  This emphasizes color names.

Play and Learn

A new thing I have introduced to the babies is the Flannel Board!  I gathered simple flannel board pieces from several of our already made flannels.  These are just one piece and have no parts (choking hazard).  Each week more and more babies give it a try!
