Five Little
Dragons
One little
dragon with scales of blue;
Ran to meet the
green one,
And then there
were two.
Two little
dragons sitting under a tree;
The red dragon
joined them,
And then there
were three.
Three little
dragons, wishing there were more;
Along came the
purple dragon,
And then there
were four.
Four little
dragons, happy to be alive;
Found a yellow
dragon,
And then there
were five.
Five little
dragons all out to play;
“Watch out,
they breathe fire,” is all I have to say!
Songs
Dragon Song
Adapted from https://www.earlylearninghq.org.uk/celebrations-festivals/chinese-new-year/dragon-song/
Can you hear the dragon, the dragon, the dragon?
Can you hear the dragon? His roar is very loud
The dragon, the dragon, the dragon, the dragon
Can you hear the dragon his roar is very loud!
Can you SEE the dragon...
He has claws upon his feet
He’s tail is very long!
There’s fire in his breath
He’ll give you a scare!
Dragon, Dragon
Turn around
Touch the ground
Dance on your toes
Touch your nose
Reach up high
Touch the sky
Bend down low
Touch your toe
Jump up now
Take a bow
Stomp your feet
Take a seat!
