Karma Wilson Storytime

The 2nd in my author series for storytime--this time featuring  Karma Wilson!  I was able to present this storytime to two different groups.

The parachute goes up
The parachute goes down
Up, down; up, down
The parachute goes up and down!

Fast-slow
'Round-and 'round
In--out

Repeat fast and slow, then up and down.  On the last up have kids go under the parachute,

Baa, Baa Black Sheep

Baa, baa, black sheep have you any wool
Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Three bags full.
One for my master, one for the dame
And one for the little boy who lives down the lane.

Five Little Cookies
Down on the corner in the bakery shop
Were 5 little cookies with frosting on top
Along came a ____________(animal puppet) with a nickel to pay
He took the __________ (color) cookie and took it away.

I used a variety of animal puppets to come take the cookies away.  The kids loved to play with this during our play and learn time!
